$25.00 parking pass deposit. (maximum of 2; maximum of $50.00) Refundable if returned.
$30.00 pool key deposit. Refundable if returned.
$100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for monthly rentals.
$75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee for weekly rentals
9% sales tax due on all rentals.
